EZ Bake Pie for Breakfast (Vegan)

Ez Bake Pie has become a fall breakfast favorite. It's so fast and so yummy.


*Preheat oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit


Ingredients:

*Oats

*Seed of choice (I avoid nuts most of the time and unless they are covered in chocolate. If you can't have seeds because digestion issues check in with your doc about using nut and seed flour and replace whole seeds with the flour)


-Flax

-Hemp

-Pumpkin* so good

*Coconut oil

*Fall Fruits of choice

-Peaches

*Sweetener of choice

-I use monk fruit

*Ceylon Cinnamon

*Nutmeg

*2 large bowl

*1 baking dish 8x8ish


Directions

*Cut 2-4 peaches (peel fist) in cubes put in large bowl

*add 2-3 tbs of monk fruit sugar

*add 2-4 tbs of coconut oil

*add 1-2 tbs of cinnamon,

*1-2 tsp of nutmeg


In a sperate bowl

*add a 1/2 cups of oats

*add 1/4 a cup of seeds of choice

*add 2-3 tbs of monk fruit sugar

*add 2-4 tbs of coconut oil

*add 1-2 tbs of cinnamon

* 1 -1.5 tsp of salt


8x8 baking dish or larger if you double up ingredients

*fruit mixture down first

*oats and seed mixture on top

*bake for 20 -30 minutes


Breakfast for 2 - 4 mornings delicious with coffee
